I have ordered from your website, when can I expect delivery?

All products are displayed on our website for availability and will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days if they are available. Your product will be shipped worldwide via DHL and you will receive an email when it is picked up from our warehouse and within one hour on the day of dispatch.

When I place my order will VAT and excise duty be added to the total cost?

My order is 'on hold'. What does this mean? 

If your order is showing as ‘on hold’ this means that we are awaiting stock of the item you have ordered. When the stock arrives, your item will be processed to completed and dispatched. Our courier service will then send a text or email confirmation of the delivery date, along with a 1 hour delivery time slot.

How do I return my product? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt either by returning the item yourself or requesting we organise collection on your behalf with the collection fee deducted from your refund amount.

To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories and be unused.
